Sports and Fitness Foundation Course
Course Introduction

This course is suitable for those whose who want to know more about the knowledge of physical fitness. Course content include human anatomy, sports physiology, biomechanics, theory of physical fitness, nutrition, sports injury, etc. A certificate will be given to those who finish the course and get a pass in the examination. They can also further their study for the certificate of personal trainer, certificate of aquatic fitness instructor etc.  All lectures are presented in Cantonese or Mandarin.( substitute with English for special terminology) Examination paper written in Chinese is available upon request. Those who are interested in sports and physical fitness and aged over 16 are welcome to join the course.
